Oftentimes, people can&rsquo;t clearly say how they feel and even words may be inadequate. Find the Pattern. Redress the Pattern.&nbsp;<br /><br /></font></li><li><font color="#000000">STRESSED? If you're stressed then cortisol is up. To bring it down (and you should if not read link above): Breathe slowly and deeply. Monitor breathing by holding your finger below your nostrils. It takes an average of 20-40 minutes for your body to return to normal. Do it now @ work.<br /><br /><br /></font></li><li><font color="#000000">To make a connect with people at work. Show empathy. Notice their mood: happy, worried, upset at a key moment. Walk over and smile. If they smile back say, " I notice you look ...." Pause. If they are ready to talk then be ready to listen.
