I’m Anamika Wani: A people trainer, personal coach and professional counselor. I am deeply engaged in personal change and supporting people through moments             of self doubt, crisis and recovery.

Within the spectrum of depressed to maniacal, normal is an achievement.  We’re quietly or desperately tilting from normal to anormal to abnormal. We’re just not talking about it. When we operate in our best interests without harm to others we're normal, anything less or more leads to exposing yourself to destructive forces within or without.  For instance, ever been stressed and yelled at someone close to you? It’s not in your best interests to do so but it happens. We are tilting, shaking and dancing around our optimal state of happiness, achievement, and success.

·         It’s my observation – we’re tilting from abnormal to anormal

·         it’s my belief that normal is the first achievement before any other

·          it’s my drive to help and guide in getting to normal in this mad, mad, mad world 

I want us all to be OK. Not that you aren’t or I am not. It’s just the more we’re conscious of the a-normality or tumult within as we navigate daily life and people’s “not quite ok” agendas the more we must we must fight to keep our own normality and fight off anormality.

Being aware and finding space to really talk while some of us will really listen. I am listening and sharing.
